MyFire Exchange / Return Policy

In an effort to continually offer great service to our customers we have created a simple 14 day Exchange/ Return policy to make your shopping experience easy. However, our  customers wishing to exchange or return will need to pay all shipping and handing fees. Please send a money order of $9.95.
International customers have a 20 day Exchange/Return policy.
 
Exchanges
Email us at returns@myfire.com.auand let us know the details of the item you are wishing to exchange for including the style and size where necessary. Once we have received your original item, in its original condition, we will send out your new item.  However,our customers will need  to pay all shipping and handing fees of $9.95.

 

Returns

Simply email us at returns@myfire.com.auand  let us the item you will be returning to MyFire. Once we have received the item in its original condition we will issue your refund.
 
We are happy to return or exchange products if notified of your intentions and the item being re posted to us within 14 days of you receiving your item. Or 20 days for International customers.
 
Believing in the importance of customer satisfaction we would appreciate it if you could let us know why you are returning the item also.

Ring Size Exchanges (for rings that have NOT been worn)

Rings that have NOT been worn that need to be exchanged for a different size can be sent to us at:

Please include (1) the ring, (2) a copy of the packing list / invoice (3) mention of the new size that you need and (4) a money order for $9.95 to cover shipping, handling & insurance. 

Ring Sizing (for rings that HAVE been worn)

Since our jewellers are very familiar with our products, we highly recommend that you send your ring back to us should it need to be re-sized as opposed to bringing to another jeweller.  While there are many component jewellers in the industry, we cannot vouch for the skills of other jewellers so we encourage you to send your  ring sizing needs directly to us.

Please include (1) the ring, (2) a copy of the packing list / invoice (3) mention of the new size that you need and (4) a money order for $19.95 to cover sizing, shipping, handling & insurance. Rings will be professionally sized and hand polished to look new by our master jewellers.  Turn around time is usually 21 days for Australian customers. International could vary. However we will correspond with you every step of the process.

Please note we do not offer returns on fine jewellry

 

DISCLOSURES -

Blue and Yellow Diamonds are color enhanced.  Pink Diamonds are either color enhanced or color treated (treated is a coating process).  These processes are guaranteed for life, so if you have any issues, we will gladly replace the stones.

Please note, some jewelry at myfire is hand crafted and may take up to 14 days for delivery.
